My topic is about privatization causing a set of social problems throughout society and people becoming restricted due to debit.  Student who can pay for college or get financial aid are envied by those who cannot or struggle to pay. This causes the two groups to look at each other differently and to gain a dislike from each other. The less fortunate students who struggle to pay and must take out loads probably hold the most envy because in the future they will be financially stuck. As explained by Ilgunas, “Debt narrows our options. It gives us a good reason to stick it out at a job, sink into sofas, and savor the comforts of the status quo” (p. 167). This forces them to settle for the little success they can achieve.
